Hopefully this will be a motivational blog for all those who participate. I would love for other people to join as contributors. We can create posts that brag about what we did for our workouts. We can compare notes, gain ideas from each other, and hopefully help motivate each other with a little friendly banter.
Try pickle juice. I know that sounds weird...but Nikki's trainers and the BYU football trainers use it for cramping. It worked for me during pregnancy. I think it's loaded with salt, and also some kind of liquid calcium.....good luck!
