Great progress this week! I can feel myself getting stronger, and let's hope, faster. I'm getting less sore after each trail run and have been keeping up with the stretching and nutrition, well, except for the Friday binge I just indulged in. LOL. (I'm 7lbs. down with 11 more to go before next season!!!) Yesterday, I did spin in the early a.m. and a swim and strength training in the evening. It felt great. Our tri team workouts began this week with an evaluation by our new swim coach. He's an amazing man, I'll tell you about him later. Great confidence builder to find out that my form is great, I just need to get stronger. Stronger I can do with time. Finally! Something comes naturally. I tweaked my ankle on the last trail run, so I think it's wise to take the night off. Maybe just a bike on Saturday. Keep it up everyone, this whole thing is about constant rededication. That's why few people do it. But you're one of them, just remember that!
Of course swimming comes naturally...it's in the blood! Thanks for your post. Definitely inspirational. That's what I was hoping this blog would be. :)
