Is that normal? Does it hurt anyone else? Am I doing it wrong, or it's just my over-sensitive nerves causing me problems again?

Hopefully this will be a motivational blog for all those who participate. I would love for other people to join as contributors. We can create posts that brag about what we did for our workouts. We can compare notes, gain ideas from each other, and hopefully help motivate each other with a little friendly banter.
I have the same problem! I think it's just because we don't do it enough. I've started using my rolling pin on the more sensitive muscles so I can control the pressure.
