Plans

This is the coolest site I've found to record cals. It records everything. Now, if only I'd use it. :)

As for my work-outs and healthy food, they've kind of been non-existent the last while. I'm working on starting again. My workout partner has been gone, and then traveling to Utah, and having to watch extra kids (my friends water line froze) I haven't taken the time for myself like I should. I'm hoping to get at least something in today. Since my foot no longer hurts (a miracle, or maybe just that I haven't worked out in about two weeks) I want to try the treadmill and see what happens. I should be getting my Orthodics next week. (At least I'm hoping for that.)

Diet wise, I'm starting on the wagon again. Since I've gotten my hormones under control once again (at least for now) I don't feel like I'm starving all the time and I'm not craving sugar, so that will help. Jen, I'm not up for the strict plan yet, but I'm working up to that. :)

  2. You go daughter! I know its hard to make the time work with everything you have on your plate. But you will get back on track soon...and when you do, you'll see results since you will have the right orthotics and the hormones balanced! Thanks for the site.

    I did 30 minutes on elli last night. Hate that thing.
