Weekend

I rannnnnnnnnnnnn outside. The temps actually moved up to about 32 degrees, so I got in 3 miles Saturday and 4 miles yesterday. Slip sliding away.........

But got the time in and was very glad I didn't have to do the Elli.

Life is good.

Snowing again today...another 3-5 inches and a drop to single digits behind the storm. So...I may run in the snow again this evening before the drop.

Scott is checking into Planet Fitness here. I was told it costs $39 to join, then $10 a month after that if you do direct checking account transfer to them. Great price, but no services like a personal trainer.

We checked the other fitness place...24 hour place near us...and it was like $32/month with a two year contract. But they do have a trainer there to work with you every day from 10 to 7.

But I don't believe there is either in Tahlequah. Maybe you should come OPEN one there!
