Well, today I haven't done anything yet. Kale is staying late at work, so I can't workout at the gym tonight, and my boys are grumpy and sick tonight, so I don't think I can even hit the treadmill until after they go to bed. By then, I usually have NO motivation to do anything except relax. We'll see what happens today.
Yesterday AM I did the gym. I've backed off on the weights and have upped my cardio for a while. Yesterday I did 20 minutes on the bike, and the the remainder 40 minutes on the tread-climber. It was actually enjoyable, and I managed to break a sweat even in the SUPER cold gym. Tomorrow AM I'll probably do the same thing again. At least it's something.

Hey...keep at it! I am going to run this evening...finally...in my new shoes. It warmed up a bit. For WI that means that it is over 20 above.
ReplyDeleteScott signed up for the Planet Fitness here and worked out yesterday. He was a bit sore last night, but said he is going back today. Maybe he will keep at it. Get him to log in here and report out every day!
